Three websites that I believe can be great candidates to be created on WordPress are Tesla, Netflix, and Discord. All three of these websites have a clear UI that allows for clear understanding by both the user and someone new to web design. I believe a client can easily update and maintain a website with a similar design on WordPress, as these designs are not too complex despite how elegant they appear. The Tesla website is structured as a single column. The website opens with a carousel header featuring short videos and buttons that then guide the user towards different shopping needs. Following the header, the website then features their various car models and products, with two buttons per image, allowing the user to choose between ordering or accessing further product information. The design for this website is clear and direct and would allow for straightforward maintenance if a similar design were to be created. The Netflix website is also similar in the way that it is designed as a single column with the header consisting of a “sign in” button and a “sign up” email input field. The rest of the website is a repeating format of text and images within that block, which is both informative for the user and balanced in design. The Discord website is very much like the Netflix website in that it is also a single column design and follows the same design format of text and image repeating in the block area. All 3 of these websites offer a sleek design that is usable and can be easily maintained by someone new to web design and content management systems.
