Yesenia Santiago is an LA based designer; her work consists of branding, illustration, UX design, printmaking, and painting. Her work is centered around human connection and experiences. Influenced by her Zapotec culture and the West Coast LA culture, her work encapsulates the intricate blending of cultures and art. Her designs integrate characteristics of minimalism as well as lively illustration elements, both of which are evident in her dynamic designs. Her fine art takes influence from Surrealism, Mexican folk art, and music and design subcultures. In her paintings and prints, she deals with explorative themes of identity through her experience as an Indigenous woman in LA.
